Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be worn, altered, or damaged in any way
  • Not be a sale or discounted item, unless otherwise specified

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@faleri.shop. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the refund to be processed by our bank. This may take a few extra days to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@faleri.shop and we will look into the matter.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@faleri.shop and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
